Returns & Exchanges
To start a return ensure you email hello@arowyn.co.uk, you will be given a code to start the refund process.
If you do not have a code you cannot apply for a refund, please do not send items back with this code.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date of despatch. Goods may be returned or exchanged for items of equal value providing that they are in their original packaging and remain unworn with tags.
You are advised that refunds cannot be processed on a same-day basis and can take up to 5 business days. Refunds must be credited to the original payment method.
Unfortunately under no circumstances can we accept returns of earrings if the packaging has been opened, this is in the interest of hygiene and doesn’t affect your statutory rights. We also cannot accept return if any security tag has been broken or removed if fitted.
We do not except returns or refund requests for be-spoke or sized items.
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a customer’s specifications may not be returned or exchanged.
We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or otherwise altered.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
